ALTRUI-ISM.

You may recall mention of Sean Altrui’s musical contributions to David Easton’s experimental film series Zero Power Hour in this column a few months back. The program — which airs on Public Access Channel 15 — is now on its seventh installment, and this time Altrui is bringing in a handful of Burlington-area musicians to lend a hand. In addition to Altrui, the latest broadcast will feature music from Matt Deluca of Leon Tubbs; Joe Englert, who backs Karen McFeeters; Rob Jones and Mark Knuffke. After episode nine, Altrui plans to release a compilation of music used in the series. Episode seven begins airing this Sunday at 4 p.m., as well as Mondays at 10 p.m. through December.
